REPORTS TO:  Interim Executive Director, Amplifier

The Jewish Federations of North America (“JFNA”): The Jewish Federations of North America represents 146 Jewish Federations and over 300 Network communities, which raise and distribute more than $3 billion annually for social welfare, social services, and educational needs. The Jewish Federation system, collectively among the top 10 charities on the continent, builds and sustains flourishing Jewish communities in North America and protects and enhances the well-being of the State of Israel and the Jewish people worldwide.

Amplifier, powered by JFNA, is an experiential learning lab for collaborative and democratized giving, rooted in Jewish values. We empower people to give more intentionally, more meaningfully, and in community, engaging more people in tzedakah and amplifying their impact.

Since 2014, Amplifier has catalyzed the creation of new giving circles around the world, trained and convened a growing network of more than 130 giving circles, and provides critical backbone infrastructure and programming for the field. We’ve helped individuals and institutions start and sustain giving circles, educated about philanthropic best practices, and built values-driven communities. Amplifier is also a leader in the national giving circle movement, working with partner networks and organizations across the American philanthropic sector to elevate collective giving Nationwide.
